Tested auto email configuration and connection status and it's all good.

Emails are received just fine on the OWA and mobile. Once I restart the application or reconnect outlook,Īll the new emails start to appear. On top of that, sometimes outlook couldn't receive new emails unless I restart the application. and at the bottom of my outlook, it's showing this.Īlso when I click the download address book button on the Send/Receive tab, it just gets stuck like this Somehow my outlook client can't update its address book. Some background of my environment: Office365 Business, Outlook 2016, Windows 10 1709, exchange mailbox. I'm having a little bit of issue with my Outlook for the past few weeks now so I thought I'm going to consult you guys here.
